Solution:

The headings above tables 3.1 to 3.5 have been shifted so they appear incorrect. The word "Bits" should appear on its own line above the table and the bit numbers should be shifted one column to the left. For example (Table 3.2: Prescaler Control)

|

|
Thus, if bits 4 and 5 are both set to a logic one (a binary value of 3) then the prescaler will divide by 8.
