Latest scores for this contest.

Objective:
To work as many locator squares as you can in the month of June 2025, on 6 metres. Foundation licence holders will be given triple points to level out the playing field. Entry is simple. Just send an email when you have something to report.
Although we will keep score the Challenge is not intended to be a contest but a fun activity. Awards certificates will be given to the top three in their respective sections.

Timescale:
This challenge is just for the month of June 2025. (i.e. from 0001 on June 1st to 2359 on June 30th)

Bands:
6 Metres only.

Power and Modes:
25 or 100 watts only. Subdivided into CW,SSB and Data modes. Any data mode can be used but you will find that FT8 is prevalent. You can only enter one power section and mode. No contest contacts are allowed. Exchanges are a minimum of signal reports and locator squares.

Scoring:
One point will be given for each locator square worked. Six character locators are required. If you work FT8 stations then a look up of their full locator will be required.
Points for contacts made by Foundation licence holders will be tripled.

Submission:
Send entries to garesg4aym@aol.co.uk for the attention of Gary M0XAC who is administering this challenge.
A spreadsheet is available to track your progress. Submit this spreadsheet via email whenever you are ready to report, preferably on a weekly basis and on a Sunday if possible.
Alternatively, you can print out the spreadsheet and keep a paper record of your progress. If you can get a copy of this paper record to M0XAC, it will be included in the challenge table.
